Who processes your data

anart.studio is run by Anart Studio, City Kvart bb, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro. For anything concerning personal data, write to contact@anart.studio or call +382 67 170 681.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in the contact form. We take what you typed: your name, e-mail, phone (if you leave one), company, the service and approximate budget you selected, and your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it on beyond what is described below.

When you simply visit. The web server records the IP address, the time and the requested address — the standard log that serves security and abuse detection. The form’s own log keeps the IP address and the outcome (sent, rejected), never the message itself, and is deleted after seven days.

Who receives the data

Postmark — the service that delivers your message to our mailbox. The content of your message passes through their servers. It is the only external service that sees what you wrote.

Nothing else leaves this site to a third party: no advertising scripts, no tracking pixels, no social buttons that follow you.

Analytics

We use Umami, self-hosted on our own infrastructure (analitika.anart.studio). We measure page visits, where a visitor arrived from and rough screen size — in aggregate, so we know what to improve.

Umami sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and builds no profile of you. A visit is recognised through a temporary, non-reversible value derived from the IP address and browser, which changes daily. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask about.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and up to two years after, which is what we need for our record of quotes. Security logs are deleted after seven days. Analytics remains as aggregate statistics, with nothing that leads back to an individual.
